U.S. officials are preparing for the possibility of suicide attacks, in addition to further retaliatory missile strikes, targeting American facilities and personnel overseas in response to the ongoing military operation in Iran, according to a source familiar with the planning.

The source added that attackers could also attempt to target U.S. installations and personnel using vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices, with primary concerns focused on Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Qatar.
