A senior Hezbollah official told Al-Manar TV that the group has decided not to retaliate and launch an attack from Lebanese territory following the IDF Beirut strike on Friday.

Instead, Naim Qassem has opted for an operation from Iraqi soil, expected to take place in the coming days.
