The “Kupol” facility in Izhevsk was struck by SBU drones that traveled over 1,300 kilometers to reach their target. The attack focused on enterprises involved in producing Tor and Osa surface-to-air missile systems, as well as developing Harpy strike drones. At least two drone impacts were recorded on factory buildings, triggering a fire.

According to Russian media, the strike damaged four drone production workshops within the Kupol plant. These workshops operated around the clock, handling drone assembly, metal processing, and microchip soldering. The attack caused a fire and partial roof collapse.

Three employees were killed, and 45 others injured—35 of whom have been hospitalized. The plant’s operations have been suspended.
