⚡️The Al-Akhbar Newspaper in Lebanon is reporting that U.S. Envoy Amos Hochstein has presented a 3-Phase Withdrawal of Israeli Ground Forces from Southern Lebanon to the Lebanese Government; with the First Phase having already begun and includes Forces withdrawing from the Southwest, between Naqoura and Rmaish. The Second Phase will begin 5 Days after the completion of the First Phase, and will involve the withdrawal from the Center Sector, between the Towns of Rmaish and Mais al-Jabal. The Final Phase will once again take place 5 Days after the last, and see the IDF withdraw from the Eastern Sector between Mais al-Jabal and Shebaa near the Syrian Border.

Additionally, Hochstein as well as Major General Jasper Jeffers, the Chairman of the Cessation of Hostilities Implementation Mechanism, are said to have agreed to an Israeli Plan to maintain 3 Strategic Positions in Southern Lebanon, where Military Outposts will be built to oversee the Ceasefire and Hezbollah.
