The Australian Ministry of Defense has confirmed that several dozen M1A1 AIM “Abrams” Main Battle Tanks, part of the initial shipment of 49 pledged to Ukraine, have arrived and are now operational with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The remaining tanks are expected to be delivered over the next few months, with all units likely to be in Ukraine before the end of 2025.
