Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) Refutes Allegations Made by Anthony Aguilar
• Anthony Aguilar was terminated by UG Solutions, GHF’s contracted security provider, on June 13, 2025, due to poor performance, erratic behavior, and repeated conflicts with staff.
• Despite publicly claiming he resigned, internal records confirm he was dismissed—and later attempted to be reinstated. Aguilar reapplied for a Gaza position as recently as July 4.
• During his time with GHF, Aguilar expressed strong support for the mission. Numerous Signal messages and texts show him praising UG Solutions and the foundation’s humanitarian work.
• On May 28, Aguilar wrote:
“Delivering 318.3 tons of humanitarian aid to a starving population… your presence is seen as a good thing.”
• Aguilar also circulated a memo he claimed was sent on May 28. However, metadata reveals it was created and distributed on June 21—nearly a month after his termination.
• His accusations regarding use of force against civilians are unfounded.
• UG Solutions employs non-lethal crowd-control measures (pepper spray, smoke, and flashbangs) strictly to prevent trampling and ensure safe aid distribution.
• No credible evidence has been found to support Aguilar’s claims of misconduct or illegal use of force.
