Last night, a major Russian drone and missile attack on Kyiv—one of the largest of the war—killed three people and injured over two dozen. Several residential buildings were heavily damaged, and for the first time, a government building appears to have been directly targeted, with a fire currently raging at the structure housing Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers.
