According to Ynet, two new armed factions affiliated with Fatah have surfaced in Gaza, led by Yasser Khanidek and Rami Khalas. These groups are reportedly working alongside the IDF and receiving financial support from the Palestinian Authority.

The factions are actively engaged in fighting Hamas in strategic locations such as Gaza City, Khan Yunis, and Shuja’iya. Israeli sources claim the fighters have been supplied with weapons and humanitarian aid.

This brings the total number of Palestinian groups currently fighting against Hamas to three.
