Following an assessment this morning by Israeli Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, the IDF has been instructed to target military sites of the Syrian Government “if the violence against the Druze does not stop.” This follows several days of clashes between Druze-majority militias and sectarian groups, some of which are claimed to be under the Syrian Government, in and around the city of Jaramana to the southeast of Damascus.
