Thick black smoke is visible amid reports that Royal Thai Air Force F-16s have carried out airstrikes on military and infrastructure targets in and around the Cambodian city of Samraong, the capital of Oddar Meanchey Province in northwestern Cambodia, located roughly ten miles from the Thai border.
