Following the evacuation order issued earlier for the town of Toul in Southern Lebanon, the Israeli Air Force carried out a precision-strike on a Hezbollah-linked building in the town, resulting in its total destruction. It is not known what the building contained, but secondary explosions after the strike suggest some kind of munitions, possibly rockets or missiles.
