A massive drug production laboratory has been discovered in Syria, reportedly controlled by Maher al-Assad, the brother of Bashar al-Assad. The drug produced in the facility is commonly referred to as the "jihad drug" due to its widespread use by soldiers, rebels, and jihadists in the Middle East.
Experts describe this substance, similar to amphetamines, as capable of boosting endurance, suppressing fear, fatigue, hunger, and pain, while inducing euphoria.
