Mojtaba Khamenei said Iran’s retaliation will extend beyond the killing of his father, Ali Khamenei, arguing that every Iranian killed in the conflict represents a separate cause for revenge.

“The revenge we have in mind is not just because of the martyrdom of the Leader of the Revolution. Every member of the nation martyred by the enemy is a separate case that demands we seek revenge.”
