According to ASTRA, Ukrainian forces have struck a defense facility in Tula twice within three days, bringing operations to a halt. On June 18, five drones targeted the Shipunov Instrument Design Bureau, damaging a power station, three warehouses, and an administrative building—igniting a fire that spread over 400 square meters. A second strike on June 20 hit a loading hangar, destroying its roof and walls.
